These people are wonderful in every way. They are welcoming and sweet and very accommodating. Their facility is beautiful....in a renovated old house.... clean and neat and full of lovely art and sweet quotes on the walls. The girls that helped me were so nice and very gentle and loving to my pets. And when you add the fact that the treatment of my two cats cost half as much as I expected to pay, you can see that this place is perfect in every way. It is a great relief to find such a place.
I had a collie with a terrible skin condition. My parents and I had taken him to 3 different vet offices, with absolutely no answers, before going to Heartland. Immediately, the Dr. knew the issue and got him on medication. She found that he had a thyroid issue as well. Sadly, last month due to unrelated issue, we had to put my sweet boy down. The staff at Heartland was unbelievably supportive. I honestly do not even have words to describe how genuine they were with us dealing with our loss. They all even took the time to send us a hand written letter with their condolences. They are all so great! I will continue to take my other dogs there.
Most amazing team of people. They saved my Great Dane Meeko. I'm forever grateful to them and they will care for my dogs for life. Thank you for everything....
