The vets are very compassionate and caring. I’ve never been rushed out of the office. If I had questions they answered them. They have a lot of servces other vets in the area don’t provide. I highly recommend them.

My dog tore his CCL on Halloween. My dog was scheduled for Nov 23rd for his surgery at 8am. I drove 40 mins to take him to find out they had to cancel the appointment due to Covid related issues. I totally understood, but what I was upset about is the receptionist said she called and talked to me personally or left a voicemail that the surgery had to be rescheduled for December. If she had called and talked to me I obviously wouldn’t have driven the 40 mins to get him the surgery. I called today to cancel the surgery that they rescheduled because I have found someone else to perform the surgery to find out they never had him on the schedule for the new date either. I am just blown away by this. Glad I was able to find somewhere else to perform the surgery even though they are quite a bit more expensive it is worth it to me. I will say when I had the consultation with the surgeon at Country Acre Animal Clinic he was very friendly and I felt like he would have done a great job. It is the receptionist that dropped the ball on this one twice.

Tried to call with questions after my pet being seen and they wouldn’t return calls. They take 3.5 hour lunch breaks. Don’t care about clients or animals at all. Miss diagnosed my dog big time! Told me to have him put down and another vet is currently treating him and said he will get better. This was a costly experience costing me 400 plus dollars and no resolution. I would not recommend this place! Save your wallet and your pet! Avoid this place !

There was a beautiful tabby stray cat running outside our house We wanted to bring in but first We wanted to get it vaccinated before bringing around our other cats. We absolutely thought it was a male hands down. We took it to the vet there at country acres and got shots and a check up. They told us to wait 3 weeks and have HIM neutered!! So please tell me 3 weeks later why SHE just gave birth on our bedroom floor !!! Not sure what was going on or if they even seen our cat ... but they sure did charge us. They even gave HER a Flea pill that they never even consulted with us first and charged us for it (tell me why because the cat had not fleas). Up charged and not informative. Would not recommend to anyone!
