Funeral was already preplanned but met with the director prior to services to complete arrangements.nHe was very polite and professional and never rushed us. Everything was taken care of that was requested.nAll went very smoothly and the business end of things were minimal.nThe texts I received a few weeks later to just check on me was very impressive. Such individual personal details.

John Henderson and the staff at Hinsey-Brown have helped us navigate two deaths in our family this year with compassion and kindness. They made each service meaningful in celebrating our loved ones’ lives. The private facilities to accommodate our families with young children were really wonderful, and the funeral services and flowers were beautiful. They have also followed up since the passing of our loved ones, through the grieving process, to help our families find peace.

The staff at Hinsey Brown are wonderful and caring! John made a difficult situation much easier to handle for the kids and I. We are eternally grateful for the kindness and respect they showed to us but most especially for great care and respect they showed for my beloved wife!
