Very poor customer service, you can’t get a call back or an email. They are very busy understandably but they should follow through with what they say.

My brother recently died and his arrangements were handled by Macer-Hall. The funeral services and care were absolutely wonderful. The only criticism I have is that the funeral procession did not have a police escort and our cars had no flags so that traffic was unaware that it was a funeral procession and therefore did not stop or yield. At times it was really scary with cars cutting us off and not yielding. I know as a people we are in way too much of a hurry, but honestly, the traffic did not know. The ones that realized a funeral was underway, did pull over and we thank you for that courtesy. Several relatives reported that they had a similar experience during the drive to the cemetery and thankfully no accidents occurred. I would hope there would be a review of this policy to better protect grieving relatives whose minds are distracted with the task at hand. We even had to dodge traffic entering the cemetery which is the public's fault as at that point had to know that an impending burial was taking place.

My family unfortunately has used (Sam Hall) for years, and they have done us right!!!

Have always used them,got good respect and treatment , funeral director (Sam Hall) has always been there when needed by the community.
