Website said it could deliver Saturday, they did not. Then I requested to deliver Monday and they delivered half the bouquet they were supposed to. They also did not include chocolates that were paid for. When calling and questioning them, they said they would refund the purchase. Then they called back and squeezed out they would refund half the purchase. Not sure what happened to this once great florist but customer service is awful now. Going to Weiland going forward after 20 years of Marilyn's.
I received flowers for a funeral from Every Good Thing, and I received flowers from a different shop in town, Weiland’s. The difference is astounding. Our flowers were dying the very same day we received them. Our arrangements were majority greenery and filler flowers with actual focal flowers few and far between. And that doesn’t even account for the high price you pay. Need flowers in New Castle? Go to Weiland’s.
I can’t say enough how kind and patient the women in the shop were to me and my sister when choosing the arrangement for our Mother’s casket. They listened to what we wanted, brought samples out of flowers, looked at picture we had of colors and made the most beautiful casket arrangement I had ever seen. We spoke to the floral designer and she made the exact arrangement we discussed. They were all professional and kind. I thank you very much for making this sad day more bearable with the arrangement I know my Mom would have loved. I have purchased both funeral items and gift items at the location by Aldi in New Castle. I thought the selection was incredible and staff helpful and friendly! I will be back!
