They have been tremendous. I had to unfortunately use them the first time when another local vet totally mis-diagnosed my dog and Avon vet had to be the one to put him down. They were extremely caring and understanding. Since then, I've taken my two girls, Zoey and Nora, to them and they are just wonderful with them. I will not use anyone else. They get what it means to be a animal owner and the emotions behind it.
The team here does a good job and were very kind when our dog was terminallyill. My dog went here for over 10 years, yet the vet was still not ever warm but always professional. My family did feel like the vet was not quite as thorough as was best when our dog was very ill. A good vet but in the future I might check out other options for our pets.
These folks show real compassion in the hard times.. And don't try to sell you on miracle cures that wont do much. I was just there for a euthanasia appt. They were kind and understanding.. They were also forthright in what could be accomplished with medication. The put my dog first.
A train wreck for sure!! We scheduled my 1 year old cat to be spayed twice. Had her fasting, took her to her appt and they had lame excuses to postpone her surgeries both times. No call ahead of time. List a while day of pay for nothing. Will never go back!
The place is very clean .nThe staff is awesome!! Very caring and friendly
