Very nice and helpful Vet. My puppy eat a chocolate bar. I called them to see what I could do they informed me. When I called back and said it did not work they had me bring him in they worked fast to get him back and helped him.. I will continue to use them..

I love this place so far. We are new patients and today they squeezed my poor boy in between surgeries and appointments to help us find out why he suddenly had two lesions appear on one of his back legs/foot. Despite how super busy they were they were completely pleasant and didn't get upset with us calling several times throughout the day to check on him. They were able to work with out financial situation to make sure he got taken care of and explained everything in a way that made sense. They also said if we have any questions or concerns to feel free to call them. Great attitudes and very helpful people.

My experiences with umpqua low cost vet have been extremely good. I have never met a staff more caring and professional. Thank you for all you have done for me and my fur family.

This place is really busy but that's because their prices are good and they take good care of the animals. You have to qualify for services by being low income and you have to get your dog or cat fixed to keep going there. They are great there!
