I was 18 minutes late. I have been a customer for years and years. Stephanie didn’t bother to ask me a thing before she told me how late I was and that I’d have to reschedule. I have a sick older cat that I’ve been bringing to Doc for years and I spent 15 minutes trying to get the s terrified cat into the carrier while she scratched and ran and hid. That was at 3:50pm. I couldn’t leave before then because I was working and came straight to pickup the cat. I was late but not on purpose and I’m so upset that Mooresville Animal Hospital wouldn’t even give me the decency of pretending to care about my pet.

Love the staff here. They are great with animals and fill my dogs medication promptly.

Been taking our 2 dogs here for a few years. Went in to get jacks pads looked at because he had torn them on all 4 paws. You would think they would clean wrap and give some antibiotics and we would be on our way. They don't let you inside anymore since covid so I wait in my van.15 min later she comes out says its 135 I pay my bill they bring him out only 1 paw wrapped and one i had wrapped. I asked if they all should be wrapped and she said yes. He wrapped one so I would know how to do it is what she said.. Why in the hell wouldn't you wrap all 4 while we're here I dont mind paying wasn't even asked. We will be finding a new vet that's not in such a rush too push us through.

I wish I could give more stars, because the care we receive for our pets was really top notch while we were clients there. Unfortunately, we had an outdoor cat that we were caring for who hadn't been in for a follow up for quite some time and her records were evidently deleted.. as they were not taking new patients we were forced to go elsewhere when she became ill.. turns out it was thyroid cancer.. we have tried many things with this new vet and while I don't think her access to care has suffered for it, we're not as comfortable with the new vet. Now we are broken hearted and looking at needing euthanasia services and are unable to obtain them from the place we felt most comfortable with because they won't even consider a one time visit for her.. it is unfortunate that if we ever find ourselves ready for a new pet that I cannot ever consider using this vet again.. I don't know what their policies are for maintaining records but I think they could use some revisions..

I stopped in to inquire about becoming a new client - as I have recently adopted two puppies.nnThe blonde woman was extremely unprofessional. Her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful and she seemed to be ecstatic about rushing to the door as I approached the clinic to tell me they are not accepting new clients.nnI'd recommend she receive some additional training regarding how she speaks to the public. She is unwelcoming, brash and rude and because of her I will not recommend your services to others.nnBased on previous reviews it appears I'm not the first to be treated this way.
