Always friendly and awesome pet care. My puppy loves going
They advertise first visits free but don't tell you that a coupon is needed. Once you are checked in you are not eligible for the free visit. They were great other than that
Love this place. Took great care of our new puppy Kasper.
We took our 10 year old dog to the vet to have her teeth cleaned. Instead of putting her under, they told us they gave her half the normal dose and she started hyperventilating. After leaving her like this for 3 hours, they called us and said we had to take her to an animal hospital in Speedway. The dog was perfectly healthy prior to this and the hospital said she had a collapsed trachea, thanks to three hours of hyperventilating and wheezing. First of all, I thought they were a pet hospital. Second of all, they almost killed my dog. Avoid them. $487 dollars later, Banfield has no response. What a waste of money.
Always bring my boy here. Never have any problems. Gets very busy at times but, all in all very good place. Life is busy everyone is in a hurry but, I prefer them to take the time needed to take care of my boy no rushing him in like cattle. They have been excellent with him.
