Absolutely awesome experience! The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and great with the animals. The drop off line at 7am was very long and I arrived 20 minutes early and was about the 5th in line. Was still dropped off and back on the road by 7:10. Pick up was close to the same I got there at 430 and was kn the road with both animals by 4:45. Nice job guys. Nailed it.

Great Value & Amazing ServicennThe lobby is closed because of covid, so the line is outside. They will take your info and take your pet. The people are very knowledgeable and if you have questions even they are unsure about they will ask their veterinarians on site. The cost of shots are extremely cheap compared to standard vets. Will definitely be back next year for shots.nnAlso wanted to add, I had previously been to FACE in Indianapolis. While their prices are the same, they treat their customers like trash compared to this facility.

I have been using this location for over years for my two paw babies. Their upgraded building is very clean and it has a bigger waiting room for customers. Friendly - knowledged staff members, Fast in-out services and Low cost. Many times the place will be busy, so call or make an appointment online. Highly recommended.

Great low cost option to take care of your pet, or even a stray. Be prepared to stand in line though, it's not like a regular vet where you make an appointment time. You either show up, first come, first served style, or everyone drops off in the morning then picks up at the end of the day. They will scan for a chip too. So glad this place is close and convenient. Waiting in line isn't so bad, you get to see all of the puppies and kittens come out and who doesn't like to see that?
