I called with an urgent need of a “same day” delivery. It was great to be able to call a small town florist in my parents area and know they can and will make sure my mother receives a beautiful floral arrangement. We called for a quoted price agreed to it ordered the flower arrangement for my dads funeral. and then they raised the price by almost $40. the next day very disappointed. I dont see how they can stay in buisness like that. that's about like changing the price for your meal after you ate it I wouldn't buy flowers from them now for no money

I must say, I was disappointed in what the person received that I sent this too. She forwarded me a photo and she loved the flowers and that is good. My dissatisfaction was not that it did not arrive with the flowers according to the photograph, but that they put a design piece in a clear vase instead of a dark container as photographed. As a result it looks like the design is floating in mid air. There is no appearance of a base for the design. I'm saying, it was not designed by an observant or keen designer because the dynamics were all off. There was no axis where the flowers came up out of the container. It was loose in the middle and the flowers just kind of floundered out of the water. Sorry, but it was a sad look for a design that was strong on structure. I'm happy the recipient loved them.
AWESOME gift shop!! Love the customer service and the selection of flowers!! Only charge a $5 delivery fee which is GREAT and convenient!! Bought a bouquet for one of my new employees and she absolutely loved it today!! thank you guys!!
