Love the team at Fall Creek Vet! We've taken our 2 cats and 2 dogs here over the past 5 years. The front office and techs are awesome, always greeting you with a smile! They run on time and always give you several options for treatments, if needed. We have needed some minor procedures (tooth extraction) in addition to regular annual exams and have been very pleased with every interaction. Medicine refills are usually ready same day and they always respond promptly to our emails. You will be very pleased with every aspect of care your pet will receive at Fall Creek!
Brought Abby in today and was quite satisfied with the services. Did a heartworm test on the spot, negative thank goodness. Provided me with the medication she needed. And they were quite nice, even the no nonsense Russian gal at the end that took payment. I liked her style. When we had Gracie put down they sent a card that was so sweet and caring that they all signed, you could say once they did that we knew we had found our new vet.
I never feel rushed when I take my pet there. They are always attentive to your questions and they take their time with you and your pet. The people on staff are very friendly from the moment you enter the front door. You can feel the love they have for each animal. They are very thorough and make your pets visit very comfortable. I make a 30 minute drive to Fall Creek because I know they have my pets best interest at heart. And I love the people that work there.
Great service. Me and my Pet are very satisfied with the level of passion and care provided by Fall Creek. Customer Service is top notch and we receive thorough diagnosis explanations. I always feel good about my pets health after each visit.
I recommend Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center. My cat has been treated with kindness during medical visits and and during several boarding times during the past two years. During visits I always notice the staff being friendly to the animals and their families. It helps me to know my cat is in good hands during boarding days!
