Really like Dr. Frank! She is very informative. I particularly liked the format this last time, with taking care of things over the phone, and then the staff coming to get Rocky and returning him in very short order! More efficient than before!

Love New Palestine vet. My mother has been taking pets here for a very long time, which in return has led to generations using them. They are always so amazing to all 5 of my animals and always know how to get them better when they are feeling bad. My dog had been struggling with an ear infection and wasn’t going to let me put the medicine in his ears. The vet made sure to come up with a solution where the were able to give him a one time dose so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. I was skeptical at first but it worked wonders, and he is such a happy boy! They are so kind to animals. Highly recommend

The place is very nice but, thd upsell game is in full swing. Also prices are high. Took my bog for small ear infection. And regular shots cost me 350$ then two weeks later she needed her 1 shot charged another 125$ outrageous....

So I purchased a kitten from the humane society that offered a free spay through this vet clinic. I will tell you this place is ridiculously expensive and overcharge you for Everything. They are super nice but want to charge you hundreds of dollars. My free spay, which At This Place does Not include the cost of during surgery pain medication is like $200 plus the cost of the expensive vaccines and did I mention they tried to charge me like $200 for labs she didn't need by trying to underminethe confidenceI had in the humane societyI bought her at. I should have just taken her to the FACES clinic in Indy where I may have paid like $85 total. This is ridiculous.

Only clinic we use or would use, they are extremely good.
