The whole staff is wonderful and friendly! They do a great job at an affordable price and my Dog Raven loves to see all of them!

Took 3 different animals here for around 10 plus years. Called today to schedule yearly shots for my dog and the lady was very rude. Told me they couldn't get me in for 2 months for some shots that take 10 minutes or less. I ask why and am told because of this little thing called covid and was snobby about it. Was told it will be like that everywhere. Continued to have an attitude with me when I said I've been coming there for years and says so has lots of other people. I used to love this place. The call today lost my business. I will take my dog elsewhere for the remainder of her life. By the way, both places I called had openings in 2 weeks or less. Guess she was wrong huh? I now have a new vet and will not return here.

Very disappointing! New to area and called because my cat is sick to get treatment because site stated emergency veterinarian service. Was told not accepting new patients. When your pet is sick, you can't wait.

So happy I was referred to take my doggo here, I am very pleased with the prompt service and how knowledgeable the staff is here. Totally recommend

We very much appreciate town and country for their excellent care with our dogs and Dr Ferris for his compassionate way with animals. Not a better veterinarian in the area as far as we are concerned. Excellent staff. Excellent veterinary care and clean environment that is affordable.
