I called from out of state to place an order for my grandma’s birthday. Debbie helped me out and exceeded my expectations . She listened thoughtfully and was patient. They promptly made an arrangement that was specific to my grandma and her personal style. They really made her birthday special!!

This place does not deserve One Star. From the moment the flowers arrived they looked like they were on their last legs - lifeless, colorless and wilted. I couldn’t believe this was how a florist would deliver flowers. I called the “florist” this morning and confirmed they were the place that prepared the flowers. I conveyed my disappointment to the woman on the phone and her response was “ok”. I added is this all you have to say about this as I paid well for this and she said they just got a new batch of flowers in yesterday. Well these flowers clearly were not from the fresh supply. Not even an offer to replace - I would have been happy with an apology but I didn’t get that either. She did say maybe they were in a car without AC and got smushed together. All I can say to that is “Really”??!!! This is the best you can do??!!!nAvoid this place. These Flowers will likely find their way into the trash within the next day or so.nClearly these people do not take any pride in their product and really need to step up their quality and service. That or close their doors and do the neighborhood a favor.
