Great service from the beginning. They prescribed medicine to my dog because she has a heart murmur and high blood pressure and my dog is a totally different dog she’s so happy and she’s very playful now no other vet that I’ve taken her to has done that. They’re always quick to get you in as soon as possible and they get your prescriptions refilled quickly. I give this place five stars because I think it’s an exceptional place to take your animal.
Their customer service is excellent. Prices are affordable. I highly recommend.
big thanks to Heal Pet Care for taking care of Cash today! they where buys bees with a full parking lot and where so helpful to me. they know cash is my daily savior! He's my medical service dog and would volunteers himself to help and would do so with his life if it was necessary. knowing this they where quick to help and fit him in in-between there busy day of appointments. he was injured from playing with some dogs at the dog park on his day off last night right after they closed so I was left with no choice but to wait for I cannot make the trip to indy. after leaving a detailed message I awoke to a phone call made before there actual open time to make sure we where taken care of and given instruction as to what we should do and our options for his checkup and medicine. we send lots of doggie bone love to them thanks! from cash & james
Always a friendly and wonderful staff. The pricing is very reasonable. Above all they truly care about your pets.
We have taken our 2dogs there multiple times with very good results however we had both dogs in to be groomed. Both dogs had no flees on them before taking them there, but when we brought them home they were covered with flees. This after being groomed, which was to include a bath. One dog had several nick's from the cutters that trimmed his coat too. We won’t be taking them there again. Ck your animals over good before and after if you take your animals there. Dr. Harris has provided excellent veterinarian care in the past, this complaint is only with regards to the grooming of our dogs.
