a month ago-nVery Knowledgeable Doctors and Doctor assistants that help the doctors in the back.nTerrible customer service at Reception desk.nReasons I will never go back to County Seat Vet Clinic in Princeton, INn1)tRudeness by front desk staff which is totally uncalled for. Hope the Doctors are really paying attention to this.n2)tCustomer is wrong attitude.n3)tInsinuation that I would lie about what was skipped/ not done by staff.n4)tNo Accountability for actions that staff may be wrong.n5)tExcuses for wrong that is done by the clinic has to be accepted by the client, but clients concern for their pet is an exaggeration.n6)tSee attached pictures: I would be very careful and check any medication that is given or being dispensed from this clinic. (Technical errors/ Typo’s etc. are more excuses given rather than simple corrections be addressed and implemented). Being thorough is not part and parcel of this practice.n7)tI was told by the new Doctor that my business was not needed even after i was willing to give them another chance. I have spent thousands of dollars on my pets over the last 10 years and have never used a payment plan like a lot of clients are given privilege to. Your right you don’t need my business.nI recently moved to the area and have used the service of this clinic under recommendation for the last 4 months. I appreciate the accommodation that the doctors have made for my pets.nBut being rude, argumentative and not listening by different levels of staff members is totally unacceptable to me.nI wish you good luck on your new location and to the people of this community who continue to patronize you.nHopefully the standard I was told you have will continue, as you grow. I guess I was not privy to this treatment or standard.

We love the care our 2 fur babies get. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Savannah did a wonderful job grooming Samson. All the girls are so sweet and helpful!!

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Made an appointment and was promptly ushered to the room right on time. Highly recommend.

They were all great with JR and they have him on the mend. He even takes his meds like a champ.
