Jarret and Rusty have been helpful, for the most part. Communication needs some work. The receptionists on the other hand, not so much. Don't know how you sleep at night. Being rude, condescending, snappy, and acting we are such an inconvenience to you, after losing someone we love. How dare you ladies? After speaking with many other people who have used your services, im bummed we used them, too. I should've asked around first.

We have had nothing but a lack of communication from Wilson’s. They have never communicated with us during this difficult time. They even showed up 25 minutes for the gravesite service. Heartbreaking ud83dude22

Though it was more costly than we expected these folks went out of their way to help us with finding and contacting the Life Insurance folks, and all of the other painful things needed to get done. They advised us and to help even more they expedited the cremation, and other things so we could get my son back to SC for his hearing.nGene was super and helped us to deal with a very difficult time with the death of my husband, and sons dad...nTy Folks
