This is my 1st time using them. They came to my house for my horses, for their 1st check up. The Vet was very helpful with all my questions. Both of them were so friendly.

Just ok.nI wish I could give a better review about the Batesville location but 3 stars is pushing it.nI'll wil start with saying that I have had great and compassionate service there but that was 2 years ago.nNow I dread calling because the woman (Randi) who answers the phone is so rude.nI don't feel the vet listens to me as I ask questions about my dog's health and well being.nI have had good service and was thankful to find an affordable vet close to home, but my last few visits have not left me with that feeling.nI'm trying to find a new vet in the area that I feel better about.
Puppy shots were painless The staff is very nice we'll be going back to them for all our puppy needs.
Awesome care for our pets!
