I just called the customer service number for this flower shop and actually got a live person to answer the phone (after hours)! I am already super impressed by that alone, then the lady who answered was so kind and professional. It was easy to place my order to be delivered tomorrow morning to a sick friend in the hospital. I'm posting this review without even seeing the flower bouquet they will deliver, I'm sure it will be great given the excellent service I just got on the phone.
