Kraft Funeral Home was a really great choice. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway that they could. We couldn't have picked a better place to put our Mother to rest and at peace.
I visited with the Block family today.I grew up in New Albany and Kraft funeral home has hosted many funerals in my lifetime.All with dignity and integrity.It is a classy environment with a lot of rooms for the family to be comfortable.The covid guidelines also made me feel secure.Masks were worn by all guests and were provided at the door for people who needed one.They also had hand sanitizer readily available.I felt safe.
A year ago, I lost my dad. He had made his prearrangements which was a great gift to his family. He had requested that the Kraft Funeral Service on Spring Street, in New Albany, IN take care of him. We were honored to have Kurt, Nancy, and Richard to assist us through all the arrangements.nnWe were treated as though we were part of the Kraft family. We were so pleased with how he looked, how gracious the staff was to us during the visitation, and the day of the services, and our after care visit that we had to receive the death certificates and see if there were any other services we would need.nnThanks to the Kraft Family and staff for making a very hard time much easier on all of us.nnThe Bill Robertson FamilynClarksville, Indiana
