Fantastic new patient experience. The staff was so caring and friendly. Hannah was our vet tech and we saw Dr. Stephens. Even with the covid restrictions (curbside service), I felt very secure letting my baby go in without me. Hannah came to the car as did Dr. Stephens and explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Plus they have an awesome puppy package, including spay/neuter. Pay once and done! From making the appointment with Mary, to the actual appointment with Dr. Stephens, I felt like they truly cared. Additionally, Cooper loved them which is the most important thing to me! Highly recommend!
All of our pets go here, and you can tell the staff-from the front desk to the technicians to doctors, love what they do and are so kind! The doctors both take their time to make sure you understand everything and they take such great care of our fur babies. One of our cats has a bladder condition that takes a special type of food and they made getting his prescription easy with their website and the petlocity app helps keep track of when your pets are due for services. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to people!
Kind and compassionate staff that provide amazing care. I was so worried about my kitty and everyone was so nice . They fit us in, despite being really busy and even provided very efficient curbside service .We were in and out and mama cat is doing much better. Can't say enough great things about this place. So grateful!!
The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with every person I have met there. Dr. Hesse is down to earth and treats my dogs as if he was caring for his own. This is my forever vet office.
I've been taking my pets to Ridgeview for almost over 17 years. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and caring staff. All of my fur babies have done well here. No fear of the Vet's office!!
