I've had various doctors and various techs over the years but all have seems caring and wonderful with my pets. You are always quick to get my prescriptions filled anytime I call in and I usually don't have to wait many days to get a office visit booked especially if there is an issue. You all have done a great job with the curbside service. I'm sure it puts more of a job on the staff with all the restrictions and rules in place right now but you all have a great system that seems to work well. The techs I've had in the past had been very caring and tender with my pets and I greatly appreciate that. You can tell that they are animal lovers themselves.
The doctors and staff are incredible. They explain everything in simple and easy to understand terms when treating my pets. They treated my little Rat Terrier for 15 years until he died earlier this year. They were as much a reason he had such a good and long life as the care he received at home. When he died, they were very compassionate, understanding and respectful of our grief. They are now giving the same standard of loving care to my kitten. I expect she can look forward to the same opportunity for a long and healthy life.
Wonderful office! Doctors and staff are very helpful. My first choice whenever something comes up that requires a visit to the vet. Good customer service and quality pet care all of the way around.
Cannot say enough good things about these folks. We adopted a guinea pig to help get her out of a bad situation. We tried to give her the best we could in the time we had to share with her.nnShe became sick and our vet referred us to another clinic that couldn’t help us, they referred us to Hillside. These folks were so kind, caring, understanding, and patient. I called them a bit of a mess because I believed our guinea pig Rose was dying. They got us in within 30 mins of our call. Unfortunately our Rose could not be saved but they were so kind and patient with us in making such a hard decision.nnThey charged us very little, they coached us through the process, they provided a clay mold of her paw prints, and they made us feel like family. We plan to move our dogs to their care. Our current vet is not bad by any means but the amount of caring these folks provided is unmeasurable. It’s hard to come by care like that. Their are some special people here.
My puppy became ill after my regular vet's office hours, so I called Hillside. They answered the phone quickly and saw us right away. They have a very professional and compassionate staff, who take the time to learn details to properly diagnose and treat. I'm very thankful for them. Highly recommend.
