Dr. Loftus and her staff are caring and compassionate. They have always treated my pets like they are special. Thank you, Dr. Loftus and staff.

Negligent, not professional. Do not take a pet here. Vet wouldn't even speak to me concerning my pet and my concerns of negligence with her wound care. Gave additional treatment with no consent or conversation prior, then I have to pay 4x as much with no input into my pets care before treatment. I will always do what is best for my pet no matter the cost but it is common courtesy to contact the owner and discuss before the care is given, especially when I voiced multiple times the additional care needed was due to negligence and the vet wouldn't even speak with me when I asked the staff to speak with her.

Treated my dog Hero like he was theirs. Took great care of him.

Its a little pricey but good care ❤

Dr Loftus is great with my dogs. Recently had to put my 15 year old maltipoo down, he was ill with CHF, and KFbut with Dr Loftus help, had another five years with him.
