They were very caring and took my 16 year old dog right in. My vet was not able to take care of her, because he was busy. Knowing she was not going to get better they treated her with respect and wrapped her in the blanket snuggly and carefully. She is safe in our backyard with her best friend that passed 6 yrs ago by her side. Thank You!

I’ve been taking my dog to this vet for quite some time. Today my dog started choking on a piece of a stick and I called to tell them we were coming. I was told by a very rude receptionist that their appointments are booked so they won’t see my dog. I let her know that she may die if we have to drive all the way to Cincinnati and she said well our appointments are booked. I can’t believe after going there for years that they would treat us this way. I will never trust them with any animal of mine again. Do not take your dog here!

I have taken my pets here for 12 years. The service has gradually gone down within that time. Do not take your pets here! My dog has Addison’s disease and was having an episode. Adam Miller was too concerned with my attitude to treat my dog. I was insisting to the receptionist that she needed an appt to get her shot for Addisons. She said they didn’t have time, I knew she couldn’t wait until Monday. So I raised a stink and was told they wouldn’t service my animals any longer. She was extremely dehydrated and needed an IV. He instead sold me a bag of dog food for $30.00 which my dog was not able to eat because she was so dehydrated. I took her to another vet who had time for her and she has been on an IV for 3 days. She almost died because he didn’t have time for her.

This has been our Vet for 10 to 12 years and one of our dogs has a health condition that requires a steroid shot every couple months. When our dog was crashing and needing a shot last Saturday they tried to turn us away for not having an appointment. Dr. Karsteter had told us to keep an eye on her and bring her down as soon as we noticed any changes in behavior. Usually with her condition time is a factor or she ends up needing hospital care. After 10 years and 6 to 7 visits a year they still act like they have no idea about our predicament. I must say I do like Dr. Karsteter, but unfortunately Dr. Miller was the doctor working that day. After arguing with them to try to get her a shot before she got any worse they finally agreed to see her. After the visit they said we were rude and banned us and our animals from coming back. After seeing another vet and getting our dogs records we found out that her lab results were bad enough that she was in a crash already. Dr. Miller didn’t mention it at all. After 10 years of being a loyal customers they are so petty the almost let my dog die by not mentioning her lab results. She is at the hospital recovering now. We will never be back to that place!!!
