My 9 year old daughter’s dad passed unexpectedly. I was advised to call the funeral home to obtain a copy of his death certificate, so my daughter could receive social security benefits. I reached out to the funeral home, and they advised me they were related to the mother of my daughter’s father. They advised me that they did not want to create issues within their family, and they would be unable to help me. During a very difficult time, our lives were made even more difficult due to a family relationship. This was very unfortunate because my daughter’s dad would have wanted nothing more than for his daughter to be taken care of.
Very helpful in all aspects, including knowledge of Arlington National Cemetary in DC......
