She connects with the families on a personal level making it easier to go through the process. She walked alongside my mother throughout and I was very pleased. Trish did a wonderful job with the video and registry. I was excitingly pleased with the personalized registry with photos of dad at the bottom of each page. You all knocked it out of the park.
