The staff was friendly and helpful. I got my fur baby in for treatment the same day. They all seemed to genuinely care about us and answered all of my questions. I will definitely go back again.
I want to post this review for everyone else who may be in our shoes. We brought our beloved cat Chief in for care, long story short, he didn't make it. We had to put our boy to rest today ud83dude14 Anyway, the reason I'm posting this.... We were on the fence about going here (I have used the same vet for many years) I'm glad we made the decision to do so. We have seen both Dr. Lyons and Dr. Beard the past couple days, as well as the rest of the staff and everyone here is excellent!!! Their compassion is unmatched and I believe they did everything they could to help our boy. I appreciate everything these people have done and I will definitely continue to bring our other pets here. I have had my fur baby to 3 other vets odon veterinary is the only and 1st one to be able to diagnose problem. They are wonderful.
Took my dog there because was concerned about her weight gain. Was told she would be having puppies in a week or two. 3 weeks later took her to another vet to be told shes not pregnant, was currently experiencing heart failure and serious fluid retention. Didnt even do an actual exam! My dog was given diuretics and was with us for another year before being put down due to heart problems. Just mind blown that I was charged and given a very wrong answer to my concerns. Will not go back or recommend.
I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars. Dr. Lyons & Dr. Beard are both fantastic vets & genuinely care about every patient. They have treated my family’s dogs, cats, & horses for almost my whole lifetime. If you have an emergency, they are reliable & quick to help you. I truly feel we are lucky to have such a great vet clinic in our community.
