Compassionate, attentive, tender, and kind. These are a few of the words that describe our experience with Scott family services. My younger sister and I lost our father in a traumatic experience in July 2020. It was left to us to plan his funeral as no arrangements had been made before. I called the funeral home at 11 pm on a Sunday to leave a voicemail and was connected with Billy Scott who was so unbelievably heartwarming from the minute he answered the phone until everything was over and we picked up the ashes. The day of the funeral was extremely difficult but Jon, who took over that day, made sure we had everything we needed. He helped us arrange the flowers and physical memories, provided ongoing support by continuously checking in with my sister and I and helped us to keep order during the services. Colleen, a retired member of the team, led the beautiful service for us and has continued to provide support for my family since the day we met her. I cannot speak highly enough about this amazing team and the incredible support and services they provide. I am sure other funeral homes lead with compassion and kindness as that is the nature of the business but the team at Scott goes above and beyond to make the experience as gentle, calm and pleasant as possible.

My husband passed away unexpectedly several months ago at 62 years old. I couldn't have asked for more kind, compassionate, caring people to help me. Hanna in particular was extraordinary to work with. She made my family feel so welcome in discussing the particulars of his funeral. They even followed up with me later to make sure I was OK. Scott Funeral home handled the cremation and arrangements for my Father in December of 2014. This month, November of 2019, they handled the cremation and arrangements for my Mother. I've never had to worry about any details concerning either of my parents thanks to Scott's empathy, sincerity and professionalism. That says alot during a very stressful time in our family's life. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for caring and professional service during a difficult time.
