Flowers were pretty... little small for the price we paid.nI also paid for expedite delivery, before 12pm and they arrived at 2:20... kinda aggravating!!
I’ve Used them for years and they never disappoint!
My mother received her beautiful Christmas ornament bouquet with a lovely arrangement from The Flower Shoppe of New Albany.nThe company's delivery driver took extra care by waiting for my mom to open the door, which is a struggle for her after her hip surgery, and immediately rushed to help her.nHe asked politely if he could walk up the stairs and place the bouquet on her entry table. He also was aware that there was a package on her stoop and offered to bring it in as well. Great customer service is a #1 priority with this company. When my mom called the company to tell them what a nice job they did and how she appreciated their delivery driver they were so thrilled and touched because the driver was fairly new to their company and they were so happy and appreciative that someone cared enough to call! They definitely have my business in the future!
I ordered flowers for homecoming to be picked up on Saturday and the event ended up being cancelled. They were super understanding and will re-make my arrangements without an extra charge! Highly recommend!!
The flower shoppe of New Albany does a wonderful job. I have used them for years for all my floral arrangement needs and they create truly beautiful bouquets. The staff is lovely to work with and they never disappoint. Thank you guys so much!
