Disappointing funeral tiny flower box. It was embarrassing to have our names on it. We will go back to using Aebersold, just thought we’d give this place a try due to some of the good reviews. $55 should buy something you are pleased with.
I’ve only ordered twice but they went way above and beyond to make them the prettiest arrangement that I’ve ever seen. I will continue to go back to them.
They didn't deliver the flowers on the right day and when they did deliver, they didn't attempt to contact the recipient. They just left the flowers on her doorstep. It was 34 degrees out and the flowers weren't covered or wrapped or protected. She had no idea they were even there. She found them the next morning, 14 hours after they were delivered! FROZEN. Also, the arrangement was nothing like the picture on the website and I paid for the premium arrangement. I provided them with the recipient's contact information but they never used it. I paid $92.97 for frozen flowers that were not even what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN!
Bought my wife birthday flowers through FTD and the Flower Shoppe fulfilled the order. My wife loves daisies and the bouquet I selected had lots of them. Well, upon delivery, there were zero daisies and my wife said the bouquet was mostly filler flowers. I know substitutions happen, but c'mon. At least they were delivered the same day I ordered them.
Saw this place had good reviews so I figured I would surprise the wife.. But then they call her for direction to get to her. How professional is that for a business. my number was right there so they could have called me.. Better why not map quest directions to the business. very disappointed.
