Bean Blossom Animal Clinic

I greatly appreciate the kindness received from the staff of the Bean Blossom Animal Clinic. I had to have my 23-year old cat, Mattie from Cincinnati, put down. The staff took great care to make it as stress free for her as possible. Thank you.

Been going there for 20 years plus this is the worst visit we ever had had to have my 14 half of month old German Shepherd put down in the female doctor and nurse said at 11:05 on Saturday morning they didn't have time and they got an appointment so when they leave they could not do it so I had to bring dog home and get a friend to help me taking the country and put it down!!! this is the type of professionalism that took over Brewster's Animal Clinic the Doctor on that place years ago would have never done it this shows you they only care about is Money and they care less about your pets even when it's( 95 degrees temperature the dogs unable to eat and drink) needs put down .. 11:07 Refused to help or see us !!! After because they can't take him in,, and put him down, So dog was in torture and in pain and had to drive all the way back home when German Shepherd 14 yrs.old couldn't walk I hope this gets to the main doctors that are working in Franklin and down herenRunning BeanBlossom...Nice Female Dr.VET. pass on to PETA.!!!!

Its more humane to euthanize your pet that take it to this place!!! Terrible service awful communication. Wait forever and you pay the same as what you would pay to go to a good veterinarian

Love this clinic been taking our pets here since Dr. Brester. But, they DO NOT answer their phones. The new Dr.s are kind and have given our pets excellent care but not being able to reach the office by phone is an incredible inconvenience. We drive an hour to get to this location and not being able to call to make an appointment forces us to drive there in order to be seen as a walk in patient, which could leave us waiting for hours or not seen. Completely unprofessional, what kind of business does not answer their phones during business hours. We have had this happen multiple times and at different times. We have called multiple times a day as well. I wish I could give 5 stars because the care given is worthy of it. Unfortunately, I can’t considering they cannot be reached.

Took our dog there for the first time a few weeks ago. Right away we were impressed with the staff who assisted us on the phone. Upon arrival at the clinic we waited for a walk-in appointment. The vet tech who took us back was very kind and knowledgeable. When we met with Dr. Finney he was very competent and thorough in taking the history of our dog’s issues. Very helpful in explaining the problem and with our decision-making process. He and his staff were also very understanding of our dog’s extreme fear of going to (any) veterinarian and the challenges that posed. We were sad about the news we ultimately received but very thankful for their compassion and assistance. We will definitely take our other pets back to the clinic for their treatment needs going forward. This is a great place staffed by very caring people.
