Because of Covid, I was not able to fly to Indiana from California for my mother's service. At the last minute I called the Edinburgh Flower shop to order flowers for my mother's gravesite service. I could not have chosen a more beautiful , fitting tribute to my mother, Audrey. She would have loved the colors and the arrangement! Thank you so much!

They cancelled my order on Valentine’s Day. In addition, they told me I would still have to pay a $3 fee for using their website. In 2020, they told me I would have to pay money because I used their website to place an order that they wouldn’t fill. Preposterous. The lady on the phone was also rude to me when I inquired as to why I would have to pay a fee to use their dumb website to receive no order.
I called in a funeral arrangement from Indianapolis. I didn't think that I would be able to attend the showing. I was fortunate enough to go and they were beautiful. The family was very happy.
