As a regular customer I called twice regarding last minute health concerns with my puppy. He swallowed something and got pink eye. Both times I called I was turned away because they were short staffed. One time they gave me false information on if the substance was toxic to my dog and both times said to drive to indy. Once immediately after telling me to give my dog hydrogen peroxide to throw up. I liked the staff at this office but never had much contact with the doctor so I brushed the first instance off and gave them a second chance. Mind you two other vets in town who never saw my dog took him in that day, one within minutes the other wanting to wait a couple hours for medical reasons. I called Columbus Vet Services and told them what misinformation I received so that it didn't happen to someone else and that I was very unhappy ud83dude14. Neither administration nor the vet called me back. Needless to say I had everything transferred to one of the other vets. Even then still no call. Doesn't seem like they care at all!

I have never been treated so poorly before in all my life from a professional service. I arrived for our first ever appointment with my puppy and was immediately greeted by a man who spoke to me so rudely. He told me that they were only doing curbside and took my puppy from my arms and told me to wait in my vehicle. I was so shocked and confused and didn’t know what to do. I was never told any of this information over the phone when I made the appointment so I assumed it would be like any other appointment. Every person at the front desk didn’t have masks on so I’m not sure why the man who greeted me was so harsh and rude. We will not be coming back after the way they all made me feel as a first time pet owner and first time experience with a veterinarian.

I would choose 0 stars if it was an option. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!! This office has given my dog the wrong medicine TWICE. The phone doesn't work. I was not able to drop my dog off when she was scheduled because the phones didn't work and they wouldn't answer the door. After my dog was spayed, I picked her up and she was covered in her own feces. They don't even have the decency to keep your animal clean! We only went back because other vets are backed up until next year. We will absolutely NEVER come back to this office. I'm really not sure how they are still open.
