My dog has very bad anxiety, especially around men. Dr. Ash took his time to make sure she felt safe and comfortable around him before attempting any procedures. He is a man who truly loves and cares for dogs. By the end of the visit my dog was comfortable and happy there with no stress. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. He also helped us understand what foods we can and cannot feed our dog and what measures we should take to ensure she is healthy. I will absolutely be recommending my friends and family go here!

We had to come visit because our normal vet didn't have any appointments for a few weeks due to Covid. We texted them in the afternoon and they gave us an appointment for that evening!nnThey were incredibly kind, loving, professional, and detailed with caring for my cat. We are very thankful for their help. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

This is a very hard and heartbreaking post for me to share. Unfortunately my review is based on first hand experience. This was our baby's vet for 4 years since she was 8 weeks old. She is 4 years old now, we took her to another vet after no response from the vet. She was having problems with her eyes. During a visit to the new vet he suggested to do bloodwork ( I was also informed bloodwork should be done yearly) which my vet of 4 years never did. After 3 days the results came in turns out she may have a kidney disease might be genetic or not either way this was never addressed or diagnosed by our 4 year vet (dr.ash) along with thyroid problems also. Now she has to take medication for that and repeat bloodwork which we hoping will be better in a few weeks. The new vet even said we can shop for meds and prescription food on chewy. Something Dr. Ash was against because its either not the same or it causes him to lose out on money. When we first started with Dr. Ash he was working out of a mobile unit which used to come to our town then he opened up this animal hospital and became greedy forgot about his clients and their needs. Such a shame since we always recommended him to everyone we knew. The Google page states open 24 hours, however don't disturb his sleep he won't answer but Bonnie will . Needless to say Bonnie is the best! She is always the one trying to help us out and responds to our calls or text. The last visit she was the one who treated our baby girl because he couldn't come to the office. That's how great she is!

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here. His dog had a severe liver disease. We spent over 3 thousand dollars on treatment for our dog at this animal hospital. However, it came to point where she was too sick, we didn’t want our dog to suffer so we decided to put her to sleep. In a situation where the doctor needed to show compassion, argues about the price for euthanasia and tells my boyfriend to go find another place to put the dog down. He wanted to charge $360 for an underweight chihuahua after all the money we spent here. The doctor then proceeded to argue with my boyfriend’s brother over the price again before the procedure. He told him “if you’re going to be disrespectful like your brother I’ll give you your dog back and go somewhere else”. The assistant Bonnie is really nice and compassionate, she kept apologizing for the doctor’s poor manners. She is the only good thing about this place. However, I would advise people to go somewhere else. This doctor shows no empathy at all and has a nasty attitude. At the end of everything he wanted to express his condolences. Way too late.

Dr. Ash & Bonnie are awesome. They made sure to make my Romeo comfortable. They are very professional and courteous. I'm glad I found this place.
