I had a old dog that needed help. Turned us away , not taking new patients. This was my fourth stop to four different vets in Coosbay In tears at this point. .Drove her nack to Coquille and payed a outlandish 200.00 extra fee. They were not busy .
Great Vet! Just expect to pay for their quality. Prices are higher than most vets I've ever been to, but are very nice and usually can get you in quickly. Been going there for the last 3 years.
Love this veterinarian. Real caring and staff is awesome.
Was willing to pay to help an injured kitten but the receptionist said to call animal control even though they didn't open till noon. The kitten suffered for several hours before passing away
Staff and doctors are awesome, caring, and knowledgeable. They've done an amazing job of communicating, scheduling, and keeping our senior canine active.nnThe clinic definitely run like a business. Payment options are not discussed and payments (sometimes quite large) are expected to be made in full at checkout. A little sympathy or even acknowledgement that it might be tough for someone to come up with large payments might curb the nagging feeling that they might be in just for the money. But, hey, it's a business. It their career. Everyone is trying to make a buck. Totally understandable.nnGreat pet care!
