Got a tray for my birthday thieves and unprofessional dumped the tray on the floor every thing was flipped over and they added pineapples instead of strawberries no balloons either thieves

I'm SOOOO disappointed right now with them!! My son was supposed to get a birthday arrangement today and in the special instructions area, i asked that he get it first thing in the morning. I get a call at 1:04, which I missed, so I called back at 2:30. Employee told me she called me twice, which is BS! I have the phone log to prove it! I was asked for a recipients phone number so they can make sure someone is home. Doesn't that defeat the surprise factor!!? Then I'm told it would be delivered tomorrow because they're closing in 1/2 hr. Needless to say, i cancelled my order!! Never again!
