DON’T use this florist. Received roses their heads fell over and died. Not one rose ud83eudd40 opened ud83cudf39. Spoke to the owner and after several attempts she refused to replace them. Four 4 days I stayed home because they were supposed to be replaced. I was finally told no. Never will I use them. I sent pictures. She said she was calling her supplier to get credit. She never replaced mine that were a Birthday gift.

A beautiful surprise Delivered on Wednesday and by Friday they were wilted with heads toppled off, despite taking proper care. I stopped by the florist myself to ask for the packet that normally comes with a fresh bouquet and was told they’re not required to include them if ordered online. That I should complain to 1800flowers and THEN I had to stop the woman in the store mid sentence from telling me how much the flowers cost. I expected them to last at least a week if not two. Her opinion was that a few days was normal. I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve had supermarket flowers last longer.
