They have been treating our 2 rescue babies for 4 years. Great diagnosticians, methodical, caring. Price wise they are on par with my previous vet in Brooklyn. We find them to be exemplary in their care level. Money well invested in the life of 2 wonderful family members.

I would describe Dr. Moses as a man incapable of performing his duties as a veterinarian. I brought my cat to him who has mild to moderate urinary cystitis for a routine checkup. Moses couldn't manage to draw blood from my cat's leg as many other vets I have been to have easily done. His shaky hands and rough manner caused a large hematoma to form under the skin around the site of the needle puncture on my cat's leg. Unable to take this routine blood draw, he sedated my cat with ketamine and took blood from the artery in his neck. This required shaving the cat. He entered the neck artery just as shakily as the leg and took his time fishing around with the needle. He also drew urine via a bladder puncture that visibly hurt my cat even under sedation. This appointment brings me pain even to this day when I look back at it. I'm angry at Moses for his gruffness, his cruelty, and his incompetence. Never again.

Do not go here. They always try to do tons of add ins so you end up with a big bill. My dog’s lower jaw got shifted after a tooth extraction here. Also, this happened twice to both of my dogs, the vet removed all of the teeth except one fang because in his mind he wanted me to come back so he can do another surgery to remove it. When I confronted him, he said “well it’s not ready to be removed yet” Did he think I’m stupid? In both situations, the tooth was of no use and was moving. I’m so upset. Do not go here!!!!

Wonderful service. All the staff was very helpful. It was easy to get appointments and to get questions answered . All care was provided with great professionalism and gentleness.

I had a great experience here with the vet and the tech staff. They were super nice, explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. I took my kitten for her first vet visit today and they were great. Overall the visit was under $200 which is what I expected. Not sure why people have given poor reviews for high cost or rude staff. I will definitely come back for my kitten’s future appointments and recommend it to anyone!
