Pretty good station with elevator and escalator. It is served by the (2) train and also the (5) during rush hours. Plenty of buses like Bx12 select, Bx22, Bx39, and Bee Line to Westchester county.

For the first time in many years was there a line to buy a metrocard via cash from a Teller. I do like the station, all is good most of the time but in the past year the escalater has been out of service for weeks the one getting into the station and the one getting onto the platform. That is very inconvenient when you are running to catch the train.

This station doesn’t make accurate announcements as to whether the trains are even coming. Mta is completely incompetent to keep their passengers safe. & they only make service announcements as the train is passing so no one can even hear what it’s saying.
