I like this station because of it's beautiful art work on the walls. The colors are just gorgeous. Also, the view from the top it's awesome. Compared to the other train stations, this one is not too crowded most of the times.

Bedford park Blvd station is a great station to catch 4 train going uptown to woodlawn station. You can also catch 4 train going downtown to crown heights Utica ave in Brooklyn to. You can also catch 4 bus to Yonkers NY in Getty square and catch 20 bus to Yonkers NY in white plains to. They all are very convenient and easy to get around with include the 4 train and buses. There also are different other buses, you catch the bx 10 and other ones just Google to find out exactly what buses they are. I really like the buses they can take you wherever u need to go.

Nearest stop to the Apex at Lehman College. There are fifty steps from the ground to the subway platform so keep this in mind if accessibility is an issue. Several busses nearby: bx26 bx 28 bx 10 and westchester 4 & 20. There is a trainyard nearby which is a mildly interesting amusement while waiting.
