Edible Arrangements

This was my first time ordering edible arrangement and it was a horrible experience. the manger lies and told me it would take less than 10 mins to make because i had an appointment i had to attend. She failed to mention it takes up 15-20 mins to prepare. I wouldn’t have ordered nothing. Once she got my money she was talking to me like i am not a customer. Very bad customer service and unprofessional. She was making a scene in front of other customers that came after me. I don’t recommend this location. Then she said i can’t get my money back, so i was almost late for my meeting. After she finished working with the customer she said i would give you the money back ;then the person from the back finally came out with my order after 15 mins. i decided to take my order since i already paid it. I don’t trust these people they act indifferent once you pay for the product. Now i saw other peoples experience they lie about charging you. I didn’t want to lose my money and not get the product. It was the same person who wrong me up then had the nerve to ask me for my receipt when i was just in the store 5 mins ago and you rung me up. Seriously like i can prove you took the money from my account. I hope other edible arrangements locations isn’t as bad as this one. Save your time and money don’t go to this location. The lady is rude and unprofessional. i am not races she was white. She is nasty and shouldn’t represent this company. She makes you guys look bad she needs to be fired.

Thank you for making a expedited delivery to my orders destination. You guys made it happen even when it seem impossible because the delivery driver was Going to get there past the time i requested. Greatful will be using the service again.

I always order edible arrangements, but from this particular store (3530 Johnson ave) was the worse experience I've ever had with them. The strawberries were all molded. As soon as i bit into one, i immediately had to spit it out. Im very sad and disappointed, as this was my mother's day gift from my mom. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IN THIS STORE.

I called about an order I specified needed to be delivered by 3pm at 2:20pm today and again at 4:20pm because the order had not been delivered. Both times the manager or whoever I spoke to on the phone was rude and seemed the least interested in doing her job. The fruits were melted and soggy and the grapes were spoiled ROTTEN. Worst edible arrangements ever, I wouldn’t order from here again if they were offering fruit for free.
