Edible Arrangements

Went to this location to order a fruit basket and chocolate covered strawberries. Customer service was excellent and Malik took very good care of me. The arrangements were beautiful.

I had ordered a chocolate covered strawberries kit and I only received the strawberries and the chocolate to melt not the toppings so basically the order wasn’t complete. I called the store and one of the workers Julie, made it her priority to come to my building and deliver it to me, she even poured it in nice bags so the presentation was on point. The point is she followed through, and this store has come a long way. Looking forward to seeing it continue to improve.

l placed an order 3 days ago for my best friend's birthday today. She received an Edible Arrangement BUT NOT FROM ME! It has not arrived as of yet. The store is still open but no one is answering. I thought entering the zip code the closest store would get to deliver, but if the Dykman store is the closest, I should have ordered from China! Edible ARRANGEMENTS THIS STORE IS MAKING A BAD NAME FOR YOUR FRANCHISE. I AM LIVID! And whenever they deliver it better be fresh! PICK THE STORE OF YOUR CHOICE, BUT DON'T PICK 200 DYKMAN!

I order two arrangements from this store, both were delivered yesterday. Whoever made the delivery didn’t check the name before handing the arrangements over so the arrangements got swapped, no big deal they were all made of fruit anyway. NOW let’s talk about the quality, I placed the order online because I liked how the arrangements looked, I understand it’s really hard to make something look like the picture but when you make an effort your last product will show it. Whoever made this arrangements didn’t care who was going to received them, they just put fruit in a stick and then placed them on a vase an the amount of kale was crazy, it looked like they ran out of fruits. Very sad I will NEVER EVER EVER order arrangements from this store. The same day I place my order from this store I made another order from 20 Warburton Ave Yonkers, NY 10701 that arrangement resembles the one a saw online, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. If you want to make your love one happy order your arrangements from another store. I wish I can post a picture so you can see what I am talking about. Just an advice for whoever makes the arrangements at this store. When people order from your store I’m sure they want to make someone smile so you should think about that and put more effort.

Probably the worst Edible Arrangements location in the city. Placed 2 orders on a Sunday to be delivered the following day. My sister received hers at a reasonable time, my brother's wife didn't get hers until 10 at night. My brother went down to pick it up, it was delivered by a cab driver. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message because their mailbox is full.
