Lincoln ave cat hospital (serving dogs too for the time being) is the most caring clinic there is, with knowledgeable and thoughtful staff!nnMy family's dog had a growing lump that was making her uncomfortable. There was an attempt to remove it before, but she got a bad reaction from anesthesia. Tom, our customer-facing hospital contact, heard our concerns and took them into account. He walked us through the risks and ensured that the surgery team would monitor her and try different anesthesia. We all still had our worries but thankfully the surgery was a success! And Tom was just as diligent in the recovery phase, always welcoming and answering our questions.nnOur dog has more healthy, happy time ahead thanks to Lincoln ave cat hospital ud83dude42

I had good experiences with them at Animal Hospital Of Fairfield before and my dog was hit by car they exam. I love the Crew they're the best.

I have emailed, and called the office numerous times and left messages for DR. HESHAM EL-AKBAWY to call us back with an explanation of what happened and we only hear from Tom the technician/assistant saying that the Doctor will be calling us back. Today is Thursday, September 17, 2020 and we have yet to hear from the doctor with an explanation of why our precious Kitty passed getting a most common procedure. If you love your pet PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL. We believe that there is a reason why Dr. Hesham El- Akbawy is not calling us back. Maybe he did not perform the surgery? If he didn't who did?

I've been bringing my cats here for a while, and every time has been a great experience. They're caring and friendly, and Tom is amazing. He is so patient and good with the cats. We found an abandoned cat with special needs but we weren't sure what was going on with him. Tom was the one to let us know our cat has Cerebral Palsy. In all the visits there, we've never had a bad experience. You're in good hands here.

Lauren and Tom are awesome... most welcoming vet I've ever been to.... love this place.....
