My family and I will forever be SO grateful and thankful for the way everything was handled. The director, Wayne, was very attentive and caring. He did everything he possibly could to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed from beginning to end. My family and i were amazed by the kindness and compassion. The makeup, hair, and dressing on my deceased grandmother couldn’t have been any better. Losing a family member or loved one is hard enough, so to have someone who helps move things along smoothly just makes it more comforting. We are so grateful how Wayne handled all of the details for our father. His professionalism, sympathy, and courtesy were so appreciated at such a difficult time for me and my family. All aspects of the arrangements were carried out exactly as requested. He was such a big help in guiding us through the myriad of difficult decisions and choices. Prior to visiting Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, I went to several other places around the area none of them treated us with decency. From the moment we met Tim, he treated us like human beings and showed respect toward us. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions without rushing us. Tim took the time to print the layout of the cemetery and even help us streaming my dad's funeral so our family outside the US could be with us. Our family would like to thank Tim and the Bizub-Quinlan family for their help and service during this difficult time for us. If you truly care about your loved one, this is the place for you.
