Dan Enea was amazing to work with. He was very accessible throughout the process and helpful with our questions. I lost my mother very suddenly, and he was a valuable resource to help me navigate her final arrangements. He was compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly with only a few calls and texts.nnThis was an unusual situation where we had two deaths in the family two weeks apart. Dan was amazing and took great care of us in dealing with both my mother and grandmother's arrangements. While I hope this is a service I don't need again any time soon, I would confidently recommend them to anyone in their own time of need.

I worked with funeral director Dan Enea to make final arrangements for my mother-in-law during the Covid-pandemic. Dan was compassionate, helpful, and responsive all while being inundated with high call volumes and devastated families. Dan was blessing. I hope you never need to make final arrangements, but if you do there is no one better than Dan.

It goes without saying that anyone using the service of Neptune Cremation Society is going through a difficult and possibly life-changing time. So I am particularly thankful that Dan sheparded me through this experience with my Dad. He covered all the necessary details quickly, and made a process that seems almost fearful, one in which I could have confidence. Dan was great communicating with me throughout and really went out of his way to help. I will always be grateful.

I worked with Dan for the cremation of my mother. He was helpful, beyond patient (even answering questions on Christmas Eve) and thorough. I just can't say enough about how pleased I am with his service to make a difficult time smooth.

I would recommend not contacting people that have requested information after more than a few months. Receiving a call asking if I still needed information was disturbing. My mother passed away 2 years ago, take families off your list as it is traumatizing to open that wound of having to prepare cremation for a loved one.
