Wilted flowers...... looked one week old.... lady who answered the phone was absolutely rude, said she doesn’t know and that I should tell “him “ to pick up the arrangement. That I should call him..!!! I said I have only the number on the card. She hung up. Then the husband came back to my door. To my surprise Instead of taking back the wilted flowers or apologizing. He started screaming at my door about him being old and being in business for so long. ... and that he will take the arrangement back and I should call the people ordering the flowers to cancel the order......!! my Guests sleeping downstairs were woken up. Because of his loud voice and horrible screams ....! I ended up keeping the wasted/wilted flowers just to get him off of my property.nAltogether this was a horrible experience. And it was supposed to be a consoling gesture to receive flowers in such difficult times. I feel bad for peoples money wasted on this flower shop probably thru an online order....n..of course it’s the kind thoughts n gestures that count.

Great service, truly a great price for the amount of flowers that they sent out and same day delivery!! I will definitely be ordering from Cliff Garden Florist again!

My sister ordered flowers from here for my wife’s birthday. The original order was never received although the tracking number suggested it had been delivered. She called up and was told the flowers would be resent two days later. With the second delivery, it was nearly missed again. After a phone call to the florist late in the afternoon, someone rushed over with a bouquet that was clearly grabbed from the refrigerator and rushed over to us. The vase was ice cold and still had condensation on it. The flowers lasted a few days at best. I would recommend people look elsewhere.

Not reliable or reputable.nnThey don’t even deserve one star but I wanted peoplento see this review.nnI am embarrassed this shop is in Fair Lawn where I have livednfor over 50 years.nnI will tell everyone I know never to order from this florist.
