First let me start it is never easy to deal with a lost specially one as unexpected due to Covid-19 epidemic. I came in to funeral Directors office after going to many and being told outrages prices or even better yet they had no room to accommodate. I felt defeated but director saw in my face what i was dealing with and was direct and told me i could help and she did. From the start she understood that we were going through unexpected loss and said she will help. She quickly state the price and how this will help with budget. She put us at ease made us feel like family she even help me walk through steps of what do with our family's corpse who was in our home since he passed away in his home. She walked us through everything and always answered our call. I thank everyone in the funeral home from director to person who took care of love you to make his time to be laid to rest the most sacred them to them. That how just they made feel like if it one of their own love one. I never image recommending anyone a funeral home for the morbid sense. If however put in that situation I would gladly tell them about the staff and management at this business as being the best and would be the golden standard that people in this industry should stand for. The staff is warm and comforting. They are truly professional especially during the CORVID 19. You can’t put a price on saying good bye but I feel like I owe them. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. There response time was great. They made me feel like family.

My mother arrangements were handled two weeks ago this morning I receive a call one day prior to the services that the insurance was decline and payment must be received today other wise the services will be cancelled and rescheduled. So I called the insurance company and they gave me the policy number and validated that it’s good.So I called back Manhattan Funeral services was told it’s to late to process the insurance.So I questioned why would you wait till the last minute to verify the insurance policy it’s been two weeks. So I just paid for the services for my mother.I worked all night then to receive this call,but most of all with attitude
