I called Jeanne for a funeral arrangement and she was wonderful to deal with. Though there were some misunderstandings that prevented the delivery of a floral arrangement to the funeral, Jeanne was gracious enough to refund without hesitation. Really good customer service. I would recommend.

The flowers were quite pricey. I ordered a $25 bouquet. At checkout, they said $25, but charged me $27.50 + $1.10 for using a card without telling us that there was an extra charge. The flowers are pretty and fresh, but felt a bit dishonest.

Jeannie made my wedding bouquet and I was the happiest bride when I saw it. It was so beautifully put together and it was exactly what I wanted.
