Edible Arrangements

We ordered three $99 deliveries in one week, two delivery’s from the LI stores were beautiful and exactly what we ordered. The Westwood store delivered one of the three items we ordered.on May 6, 2020 It was disappointing for our family.

This store has very helpful with helping pick an arrangement. The fruit was extremely fresh, the service was fast and easy and the arrangement was beautiful when it arrived. Definitely ordering again.

Was totally embarrassed today. I ordered a good luck balloon to go with a fruit arrangement for a going away gift....when the centerpiece was delivered to the person the balloon attached was get well.....the person taking said well thank you but I’m not sick. On the invoice it clearly said good luck....I had a room full of people for lunch that saw the balloon that said get well instead of good luck....please read the orders more carefully so you don’t disappoint any more customers

I wish I could give zero stars!! They never respond to emails and I’m put on hold forever. I had cancelled an order 48 hours before the scheduled ship date and they still charged me for the order! They are completely ignoring me and aren’t refunding me when they shouldn’t have even charged me in the first place! Service is atrocious!

Great fresh fruit. Good customer service, definitely reccomend
